Go the job post that you would like to invite candidates to.
Choose "Invited" in the sidebar.
You can either manually invite candidates or import a CSV to bulk import candidates
Choosing a CSV file will provide you the option to mark different columns from your sheet corresponding to the information needed to invite candidates.
The next step shows you a preview of the candidates to be invited.
The invite email contains a unique link for each candidate which lets them start hte application without having the enter details on the job application page.
Candidates can also resume incomplete applications using the same unique invite links.
