Connecting Hirevire to Loxo allows you to seamlessly integrate your video and audio interviews into your Loxo workflow. This guide will walk you through setting up the integration at both the organization and job levels.
Prerequisites
An active Hirevire account with a plan that includes API access.
An active Loxo account.
Connecting to Loxo at the organization level
First, you'll need to add your Loxo API key to your Hirevire account.
Navigate to your Integrations page in Hirevire.
In the "Partners" section, click "Connect" on the Loxo integration.
A modal will appear. Follow the instructions to get your Loxo API key and Career Page URL.
Enter your Loxo API key and Career Page URL in the respective fields and click "Save".
You'll see a confirmation that your Loxo integration is saved successfully.
Connecting to Loxo at the job level
Once you've connected your Loxo account, you can enable the integration for specific jobs.
Go to the desired job's settings and click on the "Integrations" tab.
Enable the Loxo integration for the job.
Select the Loxo job posting, the invitation stage, and the completion stage.
Optionally, check the box "Update candidate stage and add notes in Loxo even if candidate applies through public link" if you want to sync Loxo candidates who apply via Hirevire's public application links back to Loxo.
Click "Save".
When you move a candidate to the "invitation stage" in Loxo, we will send a Hirevire interview invite. Once the candidate completes the interview, we will move them to the "completion stage" in Loxo.
The "Update candidate stage" checkbox allows Hirevire to synchronize candidates who apply directly through your public job links back to Loxo. This ensures all Loxo candidate activity within Hirevire is tracked, regardless of whether they used the link public link or the link sent in their personal invite.
It can take up to 15 minutes for candidates to receive the interview invite after being moved to the invitation stage in Loxo.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the Loxo integration, please check the following:
Ensure your Loxo API key is correct and has the necessary permissions.
Verify that you have selected the correct Loxo job posting and stages in the job-level settings.
If you receive an "invalid API token" error, go back to the organization-level settings and re-enter your API key.
