Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, changes take effect immediately. If you need to switch between monthly and yearly billing, contact our support team and we'll help you make the transition.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly plans give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. For example:

  • One Job Plan: $39/month or $390/year (save $78)

  • Startup Plan: $99/month or $990/year (save $198)

  • Growth Plan: $199/month or $1,990/year (save $398)

Save up to 17% by choosing yearly billing. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime within 60 days with no penalties or minimum commitment. When you cancel, you can choose to:

  • Cancel immediately

  • Cancel at the end of your current billing period

Your data and candidate videos will remain accessible if you resubscribe later.

What if I only hire sporadically? Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you have gaps between hiring cycles, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead of cancelling. When you're ready to hire again, simply resume. Your job templates, career pages, and application data will be waiting for you exactly as you left them.

(Note: Video responses are retained based on the storage limits of your original plan, but your setup and text data are safe.)

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, we keep collecting applications for any active jobs. If you resubscribe, you'll regain access to all your candidate data and videos. However, videos are only stored for the duration specified in your plan (30-90 days from recording).

What are AI Credits and how do they work?

AI Credits are used to generate transcripts and AI-powered analysis of video and audio responses. Here's how they work:

  • 1 credit = 1 video or audio answer analyzed

  • Credits are included monthly with your plan (50-100 credits depending on your tier)

  • You can purchase additional credits: 1,000 credits for $79

  • AI provides match scores and insights based on your ideal candidate profile

AI Credits analyze transcripts of spoken responses only. They don't evaluate resumes or text-based questions.

How long are videos stored?

Video storage duration depends on your plan:

  • One Job & Startup Plans: 30 days from recording

  • Growth Plan: 90 days from recording

Need longer storage? You can extend video storage by 90 additional days for $9/month with our add-on.

Videos are automatically deleted after the storage period expires. Download any important recordings before they expire.

What are the available add-ons?

We offer two main add-ons to extend your plan's capabilities:

  • Extended Video Storage: $9/month for an additional 90 days of storage

  • Additional Organizations: $29/month per organization (or $250 one-time payment)

Each additional organization gets its own custom domain, branding, users, and career pages.

Can I fully white-label Hirevire?

Yes! All paid plans include comprehensive branding options:

  • Add your logo, brand colors, and custom fonts

  • Use a custom domain for interviews

  • Create branded career pages

  • Customize email templates with your branding

The Growth plan also includes 5 organizations with separate branding for each. Need more? Additional organizations are available as an add-on.

Are there any limits on the number of questions per interview?

No limits! All plans include unlimited questions per interview. Design your screening process as short or detailed as you need—you can ask as many questions as necessary to evaluate candidates thoroughly.

If I archive a job posting, does it archive the responses too?

When you archive a job, the job posting becomes inactive, but all candidate responses and videos are preserved. You can access archived applications anytime and unarchive the job if you need to reopen it.

Archiving is equivalent to deleting a job post, but your candidate data remains safe and accessible.

Can I expense my Hirevire purchase?

Absolutely! After each payment, you'll receive a detailed invoice via email that you can submit for expense reimbursement. Invoices include all necessary details for accounting purposes.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or special pricing?

We occasionally offer special promotions and may provide discounts on a case-by-case basis for nonprofits. Contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss your specific needs.

What's included in the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan is custom-priced based on your organization's needs, including the number of users and organizations required. Contact our team for a customized quote and to discuss advanced features tailored to your recruitment volume.

How many team members can access Hirevire?

The number of users varies by plan:

  • One Job Plan: 1 user

  • Startup Plan: 3 users

  • Growth Plan: 15 users

  • Enterprise: Custom user count

You can limit user access to specific jobs or grant access to all jobs in your organization.

Can I extend my free trial?

If you need more time to evaluate Hirevire, contact our support team and we'll be happy to extend your trial period. We want to make sure you have enough time to test all features with real candidates.

Will my trial data be deleted when the trial ends?

No, all videos and candidate data from your trial period are preserved. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll have immediate access to everything you collected during the trial.

Use your trial to collect real candidate responses. All that data will be waiting for you when you upgrade!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

When will I be charged?

For monthly plans, you're charged on the same day each month. For yearly plans, you're charged once upfront for the full year. You'll receive an invoice email before each charge with a link to manage your payment details.

What's your refund policy?

If you cancel within a few days of payment and haven't used the service extensively, we offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] to discuss your situation. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days.
