How to not show candidates the questions on the application landing page

While creating a new job or editing an existing job, you have the ability to turn ON or OFF the features to "Show questions in advance"

The default selection of this checkbox is checked. This shows the questions on the application page.

When unchecked - the questions are only shown when a candidate starts an application.
