Understanding Hirevire's AI Review Process: Video Analysis and Beyond

Hirevire's AI currently focuses on analyzing the content of your video responses. This is achieved through automated transcription of the video's audio, which the AI then processes.

Key Focus Areas (Video Analysis):

Keyword Identification: The AI identifies key skills, experiences, and terms relevant to the job description within your spoken answers.
Answer Completeness: It assesses whether you've addressed all aspects of the questions asked in a comprehensive manner.
Clarity and Conciseness: The AI evaluates how clearly and directly the candidate communicates their ideas.

Limitations of Current Video Analysis:

No Audio Analysis: The AI cannot currently assess audio quality, including background noise, distortion, or speaking pace.
No Video Analysis: Visual elements like lighting, framing, and body language are not considered in the current AI review.
No Input other than video/audio transcripts: Answers to all questions other than those with Video/Audio responses are not considered for AI review.

We are actively expanding the AI review process to incorporate all components of your application, providing a more complete evaluation.

Future Analysis Areas:

Text-Based Question Responses: Answers to standard and rich-text questions will be analyzed for content, clarity, and relevance to the job requirements.
Uploaded Documents: Resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and other uploaded files will be analyzed to identify relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
Standard Question Responses: Answers to standard response type questions, such as Single-line text, links, numbers, dates, multiple choice will be analysed to give additional context to the AI review engine.
