Multiple organizations allow you to manage separate companies or brands under one account, each with its own identity, team, and hiring processes.

Benefits of Multiple Organizations

Each additional organization you create provides complete separation and customization:

  • Custom domain: Add your own domain or subdomain for application and career page links

  • Unique branding: Set custom logos, colors, and white-label settings per organization

  • Separate users: Invite and manage team members specific to each organization

  • Individual careers pages: Create and customize career pages for each company

  • Independent settings: Configure email templates, integrations, and preferences per organization

  • Dedicated job management: Create and manage jobs within each organization separately

You have the same number of user seats available in each additional organization as your primary plan. For example, if your Growth plan includes 15 users, you can assign up to 15 users across all your organizations combined.

How to Add a New Organization

To create an additional organization:

  1. Click on your current organization name in the top-right header

  2. Select the Add Company button (plus icon) from the dropdown menu

  3. In the modal that appears, fill in the following details:

    • Company name: Enter the organization name (required)

    • Website: Provide the company website URL (required)

    • Button color: Choose a brand color using the color picker

    • Logo and favicon: Upload custom images for branding

    • Privacy policy URL: Add a link to your privacy policy (optional)

  4. Click Save to create the organization

The Add Company button is only visible to account owners. If you don't see this option, contact your account owner or check your plan limits in the billing settings.

Switching Between Organizations

To switch to a different organization:

  1. Click on your current organization name and logo in the top-right header

  2. Select the organization you want to switch to from the dropdown list

  3. You'll be redirected to the jobs page of the selected organization

All settings, jobs, candidates, and team members are scoped to the active organization. Switching organizations gives you access to that organization's complete environment.

Managing Organization Settings

After creating or switching to an organization, you can manage its settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar (gear icon)

  2. Use the tabs to configure different aspects:

    • Company details: Update name, logo, and brand colors

    • Team: Invite users, assign roles (Owner, Admin, Team Member), and manage permissions

    • Custom domain: Set up your domain with DNS configuration

    • White label: Enable white-labeling and customize branding elements

    • Careers page: Design and publish your careers page with selected jobs

    • Integrations: Connect third-party tools and configure SMTP settings

User Management Across Organizations

User seats are shared across all your organizations based on your plan limits. Here's how it works:

  • Your plan's user limit applies to the total number of users across all organizations

  • You can invite different team members to each organization or assign the same users to multiple organizations

  • Users assigned to an organization can only access and manage jobs within that specific organization

  • Jobs cannot be shared or assigned across organizations—each organization's jobs remain separate

If you've reached your plan's user limit, you won't be able to add additional users to any organization. Upgrade your plan to increase your user seat allocation.

Pricing and Plan Limits

Multiple organizations are available as a paid add-on:

  • Additional organizations: $29/month or $250 one-time fee per organization

  • Growth plan: Includes 5 organizations by default

  • Higher-tier plans may include additional organizations—check your plan details

Common Questions

Can I delete an organization?

Organization deletion is not available through the interface. Contact support if you need to remove an organization from your account.

What happens to my custom domain after adding it?

You'll need to configure DNS settings for your domain to work properly. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. During this time, you can use the default subdomain provided by the platform.

Can I merge multiple accounts or organizations?

Merging accounts or organizations requires manual assistance. Contact support with details about which accounts or organizations you want to consolidate.
